• Eligible Returns/Exchanges: Only accepted for items that are defective or damaged during delivery.

• Notification Window: Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Process: Share clear photos/videos of the product along with your order details via WhatsApp/Email.

• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or used products cannot be returned/exchanged.

• Refund Method: Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method or via store credit.
